WE HAVE OUR EYES AND EARS ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • 🏟 Coach Prime announced Colorado Football sold out of their 2024 season tickets. Despite finishing 4-8 last year, the team dominated national headlines in college football week after week. They garnered immense attention with a nationally televised schedule, starred in their own docuseries, secured celebrity co-signs on social media, and activated numerous high-profile brand partnerships and NIL opportunities. We expect this season to be even bigger As Shedeur Sanders looks to lead the Buffs into his final senior season.

  • 🏈 The city of Jacksonville agrees on $1.4 billion "Stadium of the Future" to keep the Jaguars in Jacksonville for another 30 years. Construction will begin after the 2025 season and this project and venue will bring an abundance of regional sports jobs to the area.

  • 🎬 Sports films and documentaries continue to be a popular acquisition for streaming platforms as Netflix announce a new Dallas Cowboys docuseries exploring the history of America’s team and Power of The Dream, a documentary film about the Atlanta Dream (produced by Sue Bird) is scheduled to premiere June 18 on Amazon Prime. Audiences and fans are constantly drawn to unique sports stories crafted by highly talented creatives, filmmakers and producers.

DID YOU SEE THIS? 👀

The Cleveland Browns' schedule release video racked up over 2.9 million views on X, making it tied for the fourth most-watched in the league.

However, it wasn't without its share of controversy.

Cael Schwartz who leads Growth at Mugsy took to social media and boldly called out the Browns for blatantly copying the jean company’s video.

Oscar Wilde said, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."

Mugsy has declared they won't pursue legal action for IP infringement; however, they are insisting that the NFL buy one million pairs of their jeans. With an average price of $118 per pair, this would generate $118 million in revenue for the Chicago based company. As of August 2023, Forbes valued the Browns at a net worth of $4.62 billion.

Should the Browns pickup the tab for the jeans?!
