DID YOU SEE THIS? 👀
The @Browns blatantly ripped our video. Like a lot. Complete copy. Let me explain...
Last year, @mugsyjeans created our first ever REAL commercial with iconic bowler Pete Weber. It was the most money we'd ever spent on ANYTHING aside from inventory.
Candidly, it is the best… x.com/i/web/status/1…

The Cleveland Browns' schedule release video racked up over 2.9 million views on X, making it tied for the fourth most-watched in the league.
However, it wasn't without its share of controversy.
Cael Schwartz who leads Growth at Mugsy took to social media and boldly called out the Browns for blatantly copying the jean company’s video.
Oscar Wilde said, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."
Mugsy has declared they won't pursue legal action for IP infringement; however, they are insisting that the NFL buy one million pairs of their jeans. With an average price of $118 per pair, this would generate $118 million in revenue for the Chicago based company. As of August 2023, Forbes valued the Browns at a net worth of $4.62 billion.
Should the Browns pickup the tab for the jeans?!
